Some companies put a lot of effort into selling, and others are busy serving customers without trying to sell anything. I've wanted to find out what the single difference is between these two types of companies.

At our small business networking event this afternoon, one of the new teachers gave a killer marketing presentation.

I asked him what the one difference between companies that sell and those that do not is. He said that if you do your marketing well (4p's), you won't need a salesperson.
